The tiny inserts are closely arranged and are used to mould out few thousand of tiny holes.
1)Part release was a major issues even with aid of mold release agents.
2)Reject rate remains high due to panel warpage and breakages.
3)Cross contamination of mold release agent hinders secondary process. Incurring
    more expenses in manpower and cleaning process prior to spray painting.

After Nano mould release Coating:
12% increase in higher productivity due to reduction in cycle time.
Rejection and failure rate plunge sharply  from 4% down to 1%
No cross contamination on mold parts.
